My Background
I’m Michael Stitt, a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with over nine years of experience helping people improve their strength, body composition, and overall health.
I hold a Level 5 qualification in Sports Science, a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification, and a certification in nutrition. Earlier in my career I worked with junior divers, swimmers, and footballers, helping young athletes build strong physical foundations.
Today I primarily focus on personal training, working with clients of all abilities. My coaching emphasises attention to detail, strong exercise technique, and progressive training designed to build strength, lean muscle, and long-term metabolic health. I also incorporate nervous system work to support balance, recovery, and overall wellbeing, helping clients train effectively while maintaining optimal health.
